Weston Farm has been in the Strange family since 1919.  It is a mixed dairy and arable unit covering 750 acres.

150 cows are milked twice a day and all the calves and heifers are reared on the farm.  Various arable crops are grown and are harvested during July and August.

There are 5 full-time members of staff.  Rob Field is the farm manager, John Bugler the head tractor driver and Justin Warren the Herdsman.  Jemima Hardy looks after the youngstock and in her spare time will be running the campsite.  John Strange, the owner, oversees the running of the business.

Rob’s wife, Marion, is the lady behind The Windswept Cow Cheese Company and she produces award-winning cheese from our cows in one of the old stone farm buildings.

The land is on the West side of Worth Matravers and includes some of the most dramatic coastline in the country.
